We accept private payment and are able to provide you with superbills for insurance reimbursement.
Georgia:
Aetna, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Caresource, Cigna/ASH link, Medicaid, Tricare East.

North Carolina:
We are only accepting Tricare at this time.

Private pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total estimated cost of any services.
